Gaining planning consent added 10% more to the sale of the property

We successfully gained planning for a two-storey rear extension to their family home. The appearance of the extension was kept in line with the existing character of the house and included a large open plan kitchen, dining area and a new master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite. The planning application added approximately 10% to the value of the property making it more desirable to potential buyers with large families or a first time buyers looking for a project.
