Convert offices to flats under a prior notification application

Under new permitted development rights introduced by the Government, allows unused offices to be converted in to flats without the need for planning permission from councils such as Swindon Borough Council. These new changes ensure the best use of derelict office buildings and work spaces to provide high quality new homes and help regenerate life back in to the town centre.
